Fishing in the Sea of Moving Ice is a new mini-game that has been added to Neverwinter. This update includes an immense amount of fixes and new content, including two entirely new playable civilizations! East of Kaas City entrance on top of a waterfall. Heroic Missionsare missions with a slightly greater difficulty than the standard missions on a select world.
One of the biggest downsides to having a favorite game get old is that the graphics just don't hold up to the newer Here… The Datacron is located on the west side of the map in the Ruins of Kaleth area. Most of the locations given by others for this one, are inside the mountain, so I guess Bioware changed the map… This file has been updated to include the 1.3.2 Patch.

This new fishing activity in Neverwinter is a must if you want to repair the artifact equipment gained at the end of the first series of quests here.
